Very cool Bruce - I had an idea you might do a presentation along those lines after seeing the opening slide.
Enjoyed the summary of OpenNTF apps - so nice to see some screen shots of them in action too - well done!

@Colin,
Thanks! It is much harder than one may think to use Dick's style to give a presentation. You essentially have to memorize the entire slide set and treat the presentation as if you were an actor memorizing a script.

Bruce, I think the MAC presentation program allow yous to split screen, so you the presenter can see the "next slide" while the audience only see the current slide. I've heard that is how this style is done.

@Alan,
You are correct however, I decided not to use this feature in Keynote 2.0 as with a 496 slide count it seemed to not be able to render the speaker slides quick enough on my old PowerBook. I have been telling the OpenNTF story for years now and have most of the content stored in my psychic RAM.

Bruce - Awesome job. I wasn't there, but just paging through the PDF I could practically hear your voice. I was a bit surprised to see my photo
! Anyway, very cool presentation

Bruce -- Very cool. However, does anyone else think that Bruce must have too much free time? No way could I devote the time he took to put that together. We need to have Gayle put you to work painting doors or something...

@Mike,
Ask Gayle what I did last weekend
Let's just say that the mac was occupied on Saturday and Sunday. Oh and one thing...don't try to run a 496 Keynotes 2.0 presentation on a mac mini with less than 1gb of RAM.

@Ulrich,
Let's just say that your app was the only one mentioned towards the end that got a screen shot
. !!Help!! was on the OpenNTF signage last year. Did you see that?
Warm regards,

actually I think Dick Hardt himself took more of a lessig style approach to his presentation:
