Company... 2 Domino servers (one server for Good Mobile Messaging only) running 7.0.3. About 100 clients, 80% running 6.5.4 clients, remaining 20% running 7.0.3 clients. Look to be upgrading to 8.0.1 in 3rd/4th quarter, possibly.

I'd say the majority of my customers are running 6.5.4 or thereabouts. There will be a clear shift towards 8 when the message finally gets across, bypassing 7.

My customers are about 90% 7.0.2, 5% 8.0.1, and 5% 6.5.x. By Q3 those numbers will flip to 80-90% 8.0.1, 0-10% 7.0.2, and the laggard 5% still on 6.5.x.

Migration to 8.0.1 Basic on Citrix 4.5 planned.

In our company its 100% Domino 7.0.3, but we're not a Notes shop, just using it for a lot of web apps.

Have about 200 users, 60 are INotes-only, 140 are 7.02 clients. Have one 6.5.2 server running Sametime 6.5. Have 11 7.02 servers (a combination of multi-partitioned and clustered) to handle mail, mail archive, applications, & development. We are in our planning stages to put up a brand new v8 domain. It will initially have a v8.1 mail server (to migrate existing users to), a v8 sametime server, and a quickr 8.1 server.

~300 users and 25 servers (typically 5-10 users pr server on vessels)
Majority on 7.0.x Some Citrix users on 6.5.5. In the progress of upgrading to 8.0.1. Hopefully this will be done this year. Depending on the availability of the vessels. In percentage, this is 20-75-5 (6.x-7.x-8.x)

We have three major production servers running Domino 8.01. We never had a single box running 7.x, and one public-facing machine is still running 6.54. Most of our test and development servers are 8.01 or 8.02.

At my major client (a multinational), ALL 6.5.4. They just moved to it.

Leaving aside the 1600 R5 servers being retired in 3 months (and there was MUCH rejoicing...):
6.5x 30%
7.x 30%
8.01 40%
Our other division is 100% 7.x, but we have waaaaaay more servers than they do. :D

6.5.x -> 5% (1 lang - FR)
7.x -> 70% (7 lang - ES,DE,IT,CZ,EN,JP,IL)
8.0.1 ->25% (2 lang - GR,EN)
We have a problem with the French 7.x and DWA which is the 5% v6.5
By the end of the May we should be all 8.0.1. unless the French DWA gives us bother again at V8.

7 x Domino 7.0.2 servers, 700 users with 7.0.2/3. Right in the middle of a Exchange 2003 to Notes migration as I write this (just 50 users with CMT) and deploying 8.0.1 Basic on Citrix Metaframe XP (yeah, I know its not supported - just don't tell anyone!).
FWIW - 8.0.1 even in basic form knocks down a few barriers vs what I experienced with the last migration - Exg 2003 to LN7.0.3.

Customer #1 - 8 servers running the following releases:
R5.0.9 - 1 Server

Testing Domino 8 now with plans to upgrade and consolidate in 2H2008.
Customer #2 - 4 Domino Servers
R7.0.3 FP1 on OS/400
Domino 8 was not an option because the OS/400 is at V5R3.
