I had you all fooled there with the title line and I feel sooooooooooo bad that I am making you read this entry however, you guys click on any blog entry where the title is provocative. Well I am writing this blog entry after receiving numerous inquiries about when the next episode of the Taking Notes podcast will be out. Our last episode was back on April 6th. Well you can all rest assured that Julian and I will soon have more episodes of the show out. We are both very busy with work, family and life in general - all good stuff. Thanks to those checking for our pulse.

Upgrading from QuickPlace 6.5.1 to Quickr 8.1 - advice needed

This week I plan on upgrading an old QuickPlace 6.5.1 server to Quickr 8.1 and was wondering if anybody had any advice before I taking the plunge. Multiple backups of the 6.5.1 server will be made and I have read through the documentation several times. It seems like a pretty easy upgrade but I just wanted to hear from anybody that had a good and/or bad experience with the upgrade and if there is anything specifically I need to watch out for.
